Digital Acquisition Manager (ref 83676)
A fast moving Online Marketplace Start-Up is expanding and has a superb opportunity for a Digital Acquisition Manager with a strong digital bias to join their marketing team. Reporting into the Marketing Director and joining a small yet dynamic team you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer acquisition strategy, identifying and optimising marketing channels.
You will plan and implement a customer acquisition strategy to drive business growth, manage agencies to deliver effective integrated campaigns, monitor and measure acquisition marketing campaigns and deliver improved cost per acquisition. In addition you will develop and mange commercial partnerships to deliver high quality traffic to the website. Working with both internal and external resources you will develop compelling, high-performance creative across a range of media. Furthermore you will identify new acquisition channels to drive quality traffic and brand awareness.
To be considered for this role you need to be a data-driven, enthusiastic and creative acquisition marketer with a passion for all things digital. The role would suit someone with an appetite to work in a start-up environment who has a proven track record in digital marketing, driving growth for an online service or product. Direct experience of search marketing (both PPC and SEO), online display advertising and affiliates is required as is experience of producing high quality, high performance creative. You will need to have managed agencies and be able to demonstrate experience of multi-variant and AB testing across digital marketing channels. You will be highly analytical and your approach to marketing will be numerate with the ability to use web analytics software packages.
