(Senior) Online Marketing Manager
This is a really exciting opportunity to join this much loved high street retailer. With online being their fastest growing sales channel they are looking to recruit an Online Marketing Manager to drive sales growth. As the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the acquisition and retention channels.
As you can imagine they are trying to become a multi-channel business, so as well as looking after all the usual acquisition channels; SEO, PPC, affiliates, email marketing, social media, you will also be looking after mobile marketing and their International expansion plans.
Some of the key accountabilities of this position include; managing the relationship with third party Search (PPC & SEO) and Affiliate agencies, ensuring they deliver key budget objectives, responsibility for the (sizeable) acquisition budget (mainly affiliate and PPC budgets), researching, proposing, and implementing new cost effective acquisition campaigns (e.g. email list brokering advertising networks etc) and really using market knowledge to drive sales.
To apply you must have experience working with online acquisition channels. You must have a good understanding of CRM and retention strategies and although not necessary, experience working Internationally would be great! You must also have a good knowledge of web analytics.
