Head of Online, eCommerce
We are working in partnership with one of Asia's most successful retail giants. With a phenomenal footprint across the region they are now looking to enhance their online offering.
As the Head of Online you’ll be responsible for running the online store and its departments to meet the company’s targets. The aim is to maximise profit whilst minimising costs ensuring promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
Focused on leading and growing the online business to its full potential by developing and expanding the online store products and categories with best-in-class online merchandising, you’ll develop business plans both short and long term.
Pushing the boundaries across the online channels to successfully manage all elements of the online business; search, paid for advertising, social media and networking and other elements that would be critical to the success of the online business, you’ll have to analyse market trends against competitors and suggest areas of improvement.
You will also work closely with the Marketing, Customer Service and Buying team to strategies the online marketing strategy. KPIs include customer base growth, growth in online revenue, retention and customer life-time value and acquisition costs.
As an ambitious entrepreneurial character who enjoys working in a fast paced digital ecommerce environment you’ll have an understanding of web and e-Commerce applications, usability and web conversion metrics. With prior experience in cost management such as setting budgets relevant to P&L accounts you’ll also be commercially minded.
