One of Britain’s best known homewares brands is looking for a number of Digital Merchandisers.
Sitting in the Customer Function delivery area of the business and providing meaningful understanding of customer interaction you’ll help to define the customer proposition and how the business interacts with its customers. You’ll create a plan that meets customer needs and most importantly is financially sound.
Responsible for executing merchandising activity across your brand or category you’ll report on customer activities and the performance covering revenue, stock and customer behaviour. Interpreting briefs from the Omni Channel Digital Merchandiser you’ll also be creating briefs for new or amended Sitebuilder functionality, product data changes, content & creative, and targeted merchandising. You’ll also have knowledge of internal search functionality as well as customer analytics tools and be able to use these to improve performance where needed.
Attention to detail will be key in this role as will an understanding of both commercial and customer objectives. Technically you’ll already have a working understanding of merchandising tools, ATG/BCC and Sitebuilder. Plus a exposure of SEO meta data standards and experience of HTML.
