CRM & Social Manager
Our client is a specialist Online Retailer that operates within the B2C and B2B markets. They were established in 2000 and have since grown to a multimillion £ turnover organisation. Due to substantial international growth, they now seek a CRM & Social Manager to further develop their online presence.
You will take ownership of all CRM and Social Media activity, with a distinct emphasis on email marketing campaigns. You will be tasked with making the messages more engaging and relevant to both new and existing customers. You will also assist in growing the customer databases and analyse the performance of your own campaigns to help further improve the quality and, in turn, the revenue through the CRM channel
You must be a confident email marketing professional, with a proven record in CRM. You will need to be comfortable with designing HTML templates and appreciate the design limitations around emails. An understanding of analytical tools is hugely advantageous to assist with post-campaign analysis. You will also have a solid understanding of Social Media and the tools available to help increase engagement levels.
