Client Services Manager
To join our Management Team.
The Purpose of the role is to liaise between our Key Accounts and our Management of the PPC and SEO Departments to confirm the service the Key accounts are receiving does not fail or is dealt with expeditiously to reduce issue to a minimum.
Day to Day the role will have you consulting and advising on the services the client is using or further services that could perhaps benefit them on their present or future campaigns.
•Managing several of our Key Account / Large volume clients on a day to day basis
•Prepare presentations as required and make presentations to customers to demonstrate progress and upsell additional products and services.
•Creating and developing company-wide customer service policy and Complaints procedure
•Investigate and solve customer problems, complaints and credit issues by liaising with all necessary departments.
•Production of clear and concise reports for the clients and company management team for analysis of live campaigns
•Visiting of clients to allow the relationship to grow
•Completing administrative work, as required.
•Working alongside the sales division regarding new clients
•Strong Knowledge of PPC and SEO Account Business is a must
•Degree or high level of education
•Very high attention to detail
•Personable manner – a good communicator on the telephone and face-to-face
•Ability to work as part of a team
•A strong interest in the internet and search marketing
•Have a strong understanding of the key analytical tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Hitwise) and ensure these are used to maximise the delivery of the customer’s campaign
