User Experience Manager - eCommerce
This is a fantastic opportunity for a User Experience Manager to join a market leading retailer and work across UK and International offerings.
Join this pioneering e-Commerce and multichannel team you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging digital experiences across a variety of channels and devices across International markets and territories.
In this role you’ll be Identifying, creating and managing the delivery of opportunities and business initiatives to drive continuous improvements to the user experience across multichannel sites and digital touch points. Building a strong understanding of shopping behaviours in international markets and how shoppers use and shop across channels in different geographical territories will be key.
Technically you’ll have a strong and proven experience of e-commerce, digital user experience and usability including development of user journeys, wireframing for big web and mobile devices. If you have experience of other touch screen user experience such as in store kiosk then even better.
