Multi-Channel Assistant Order Manager - eCommerce / Multi-channel
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retailer in an innovative multi-channel department where you’ll be driving improvement into the existing analytics and reporting associated with the Order Management Team.
This role will play an imperative part in managing the order attributes for all fulfillment routes within the Product Information Management system. The overarching purpose of this role is to ensure that orders are processed successfully, and that fulfillment promises to the customers are kept.
Accountable for managing the configuration and optimisation of the new Order Management System (OMS). You’ll be managing the availability of inventory for all non stock-fed systems whilst identifying areas of failure through analysis of system reports. Monitoring the Order Management Dashboard, and take the appropriate actions to resolve issues.
For new eCommerce Roadmap initiatives affecting the Order Management area, you’ll agree test scenarios and participate in the user signoff process to ensure successful implementation of changes to the systems used by the Order Management Team.
Working effectively with other business teams, Trading, Customer Services, Logistics, offshore teams and fulfillment partners you’ll manage peak trading and communications.
