Job Description

Calling all successful Online Marketing Managers! Are you up for taking outstanding results and making them even better? Do you think you can improve on 1.1 million online visitors per week? Do you think you can increase online sales well in excess of £125 million per annum?

Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) with max bonus of 20%OTE

The Role
This is a fantastic role at the forefront of our online channel to market. Our activity is highly successful and getting better by the day. Thanks to innovative technology and attractive offers, we are ahead of the game and now we want to take that further.

We want to keep people coming to us, be it via our website or social media and to achieve this we want you to drive our online customer recruitment and retention strategy. With your outstanding design and delivery skills, you will work within our eCommerce strategy to successfully attract, retain and maximise spend from our online customers.

This role will help propel into new and exciting territories leading to even greater benefits for our customers and our business.

To shine in this role, you will have a background in a multi-channel and/or a multi-proposition environment with prior senior management experience within ecommerce.

You will be experienced in sourcing and managing third party relationships and possess strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills. Significant technical knowledge of ecommerce and online marketing strategy is essential and you will have a robust understanding of affiliate management and Social Media.
