Job Description

•Management of a number of assigned Accounts with responsibility for a combination of musicals, plays and other events / projects

•Support the Digital Marketing Managers and Head of Digital Marketing in strategy development, planning and execution of campaigns for shows/events. This includes website creation and development, search, e-mail and viral marketing, social networking, promotions and online display advertising

•On-going management of the fulfilment, tracking and reporting of campaigns, working in collaboration with other members of the Account team and across the Agency

•Budget management and responsibility for assigned shows/projects, including invoicing and billing

•Continual proactivity on campaigns, developing initiatives and ideas in collaboration with other members of the Account Team, to provide clients with exciting, innovative and results driven campaigns plus exceptional levels of service

Candidate Requirements

•Proven digital marketing experience, including integrated campaign planning, strategy and budgeting – including online media planning and buying, ideally in an agency environment

•Practical understanding of all elements of the digital marketing mix combined with strategic thinking

•Knowledge of ad-serving tools i.e. MediaMind, Doubleclick, Adform etc.

•Good knowledge of emerging markets and trends within the Digital Marketing field

•Creative and innovative with ability to produce results driven campaigns

•Excellent project management and organisational skills

•Confident, resourceful and an exceptional decision maker with excellent presentation skills

•Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to show initiative, enthusiasm and a sense of humour

•Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

•A team player, with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, in a busy and constantly changing environment - whilst delivering a highly professional service

•Flexible working attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and juggle conflicting priorities - a creative problem solver

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

•Experience in the entertainment and theatre industry is advantageous
