Digital Self-Service Specialist
Our client is one of the world’s leading telecommunications brands, with over 28 million customers in the UK alone! With innovative propositions and unique price plans, they have developed a strong brand presence and seek to maintain that through the recruitment of a number of strong digital professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Digital self-service channel. You will also have responsibility for driving improvements to web functionality and tools with a view to helping customers self-serve. Working closely with customer service/experience teams, you will analyse customer feedback to ensure you’re able to implement the relevant changes to improve service and reduce overall costs to the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online customer experience/self-service, having worked on customer focused online portals. Previous experience within the Telecoms sector is helpful, but we will also consider applications from candidates that have working on Banking or Retail websites which require customers to log-in to access their account information.
