As the website optimisation market continues to grow, we are also looking to expand our consultancy team, specifically within the travel vertical. We’re looking for people who want to be visible and make an impact, bringing substantial increases to the online revenues of our clients. You’ll get to use a broad range of website personalisation solutions to make individual user experiences more relevant, leading to increased response rates through up or cross selling on campaigns and greater basket sizes and revenues through product recommendation and loyalty. • To head up the travel vertical within Maxymiser UK, taking ownership of this space with the view to becoming a ‘Thought Leader’ within the industry
• Understand clients online business model through an on-going consultative engagement and map these into a set of objectives for testing and personalization activities to address (Lead quarterly campaign planning sessions, Recognise opportunities for applying Maxymiser technologies)
• Leading a small project based team of up to two analysts and/or consultants (Provide training on preparation of documents required to setup campaigns, Provide training on interpretation of reports)
• Prioritise these activities by managing a constantly evolving testing and personalisation roadmap. Work with the Account Manager to ensure smooth delivery against this roadmap
• Drive the testing strategy and individual campaign specifications by:
o Defining areas to apply testing within clients websites
o Defining test objectives
o Creating test specifications, generating test ideas with the client
• Set up the reporting framework (Establish key metrics for test evaluation and report against them on a regular basis)
• Analyse the completed tests, providing the client with
o Clear business insight
o Actionable recommendations
o Test conclusions
• Assist the Account Management team with the interpretation of results and presentation to clients

Candidate Requirements

• Travel Industry experience is essential
• A degree (BA/BSc) ideally gained in a numerical / quantitative subject
• Proven experience in a problem solving and/or analytical role, essential that experience is within the digital industry
• Previous commercial background may include online testing, website optimisation, web analytics, data analysis, customer usability, CRM or data driven online marketing
• Experience in leading a team of talented individuals, focusing on their strengths and business needs to achieve high performance and desired outcomes
• A natural, consultative style is essential to build client relationships and meet the evolving demands of website optimisation
• Strong communication skills required to present at a CMO/senior marketing level, discussing strategic marketing objectives and delivering solutions across a wide array of products
• An appreciation of web technologies is ideal, particularly HTML, CSS and JavaScript to work alongside developers and tech teams would be a bonus
• In-depth experience of PowerPoint to ensure high quality test specifications are produced
• Some knowledge of basic statistical principles or online usability approaches is ideal
