Global Acquisition Manager
You’ll use your extensive experience of marketing and managing acquisition channels to attract target customers to British Airways on a global basis.
Your team are technical experts who, along with external agencies, will help you contribute to Direct Sales revenue targets by delivering traffic to BA.com against agreed targets.
We’ll look to you to find ways to drive high quality traffic to BA.com, by supporting our proposition and leading the definition of activity. It will see you work with Retail, tactical marketing and the BA.com team to develop and exploit tools and messages in appropriate channels to drive a significant amount of revenue for BA whilst maintaining a strong ROI.
You’ll deliver a digital acquisition strategy that’s integrated with off- and online marketing activity and retail strategy, and ensure the broader team understands the role of digital acquisition and its importance for a multichannel business.
You’ll manage the global digital acquisition budget across all markets and optimise channels through expert media attribution, gaining insights into leading edge tracking capability and ensuring testing and improvement along the way. Of course, you’ll manage digital agencies and manage partner agencies including global search engines and tracking solutions.

It will take a commercial mind, creative thinking, great stakeholder management skills and technical knowhow to lead this important area of the business for British Airways. .
Together with experience in retail or travel, you’ll have good marketing experience across different elements of the mix, and knowledge of proposition development and exploitation, customer segmentation and effective online acquisition activity. Beyond that, you’ll have an extensive background in managing acquisition channels including SEO, paid search, display, affiliate networks and direct partnerships, ideally within a global capacity. Of course, you’ll have managed multiple agencies as extensions of the in-house team.
