Job Description

An industry-leading Travel brand are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Customer Acquisition Manager, reporting to the Head of Travel. This role works closely with the Marketing and Product teams within the company and will be responsible for:

•Online Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
•Search Engine Management (SEO & Paid Search)
•Other external online and offline media channels

•The individual will have proven success of developing and implementing an effective acquisition strategy previously wither through Affiliate and/or Search activity.
•He/she will have outstanding online marketing experience with a total understanding of the required technical, customer and commercial levers for a mid-market retail brand.
•An in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimisation and factors that influence high rankings in Google
•Proven experience in managing 3rd party agencies and 1st party teams to deliver targets and reduce costs
•Demonstrable ability to analysis multiple points of interest to deliver compelling understanding and commercial proposals, possible with retail merchandising experience
•Proven track record of managing Affiliate and Paid Search reporting and activity interfaces
•Proficient in Google Analytics & other analytics tools
•Language skills (FR, DE, NL, ES) a bonus
