As a new appointment the Marketing Director will set the scene, develop the strategy and bring these strategic positionings to life through improved brand identities, brand messaging and brand communications.
• The successful candidate will have experience in brand marketing at both the strategic and implementation levels, ideally gained in a fast paced customer facing sector such as retail or food service.
• Experience of implementing successful ATL campaigns will be essential and knowledge of digital marketing will be highly desirable.
• An inspirational leader capable of building a formidable team and experience in appointing and handling external marketing agencies.
• A high degree of credibility with the gravitas to operate comfortably at senior management and Board level.
