Our client is one of the world’s biggest and most successful brands and a leading provider of powerful, secure and highly-scalable technology solutions that help eCommerce businesses maximise online revenues.
They offer a range of easy-to-use management toolset that allows retailers to manage and grow their online business efficiently, precisely and cost-effectively.

They have experienced a period of exceptionally high growth and are looking to increase headcount across all areas to support business wins.

This is a new role to help with the launch and growth of a new advertising business.
You will be responsible for driving the growth of their advertiser base, revenue and selection. The key functions of this role include prospecting, calling, qualifying and closing high potential online advertisers that deliver competitive selection and pricing. As part of your role you will manage the top tier of advertisers you recruit and help them grow their business over time by ensuring they maximise selection, meet their ROI goals and understand all systems and tools. As a founding member of this new team in Europe, you will help develop, establish and improve business processes that will scale as we grow.

Operating in a fast-moving and challenging environment, our client’s high performance bar requires that you are self-motivated and target driven, skilled in phone based sales, be technically savvy, can work autonomously and take full control and responsibility for achieving quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for high grade individuals that are results driven, strong communicators and with negotiation skills and a genuine passion for all things Online and eCommerce. You will be comfortable in fast paced, technology start-up environments.
This is a sales role so your ability to handle objections and secure business will be second to none. Your skills will have been honed in Digital Sales, ideally advertising or Ecommerce.
