An online expert with a focus on our new digital-commerce platform, you’ll deliver initiatives to drive our online sales. Whether our customers are looking for a new handset or a broadband package, it’s all about encouraging them to buy through our website – driving a more consumer friendly and cost effective sales function. So working closely with the technical teams, you’ll oversee various improvement and change projects across the platform; monitoring their roll out and effectively adapting the plans to meet changing decisions as necessary. Whether it’s a project designed to allow our customers to pre-order the latest device, or to make an online credit check deposit, you’ll work with the marketing, sales and finance teams to determine the financial viability of each project, you’ll provide recommendations and you’ll offer your own creative ideas. That means that as well as ensuring the successful delivery of the projects from end to end, your input will help to steer our digital direction for the future.

Candidate Requirements

We’re after a talented online project manager who’s really passionate about the way the digital landscape is developing. Experienced in mobile, web and app, you’ll need to be confident in a fast-paced and fluid environment – comfortable adapting to changing requirements and decisions. You’ll certainly have the communication and leadership skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships at all levels. And as well as having an instinctive grasp of what customers want, you’ll successfully manage multiple deliverables for multiple third parties and internal teams too.
