Head of International Multi-Channel
Calling all senior Heads of Multi-Channel, if you have International and retail experience then would you like to work for one of Britain’s best loved brands offering a unique proposition to millions? This is a key role as Head of International Multi- channel that will focus on building and trading the existing international multi-channel business and supporting future strategy.
You’ll come in to this role able to demonstrates a solid track record of success within the multi-channel, international ecommerce arena as you’ll be playing a leading role in the Multi-channel Trading team.
Directly leading the international online trading team, you’ll drive day-to-day sales via all international web sites. Providing input to international business cases and requirements pre launch you’ll be a key stakeholder in signing these off. Working collaboratively with the Business Development team on all international site launches you’ll ensure successful BAU running post launch whilst continuously looking to improve the international customer proposition.
Working with the Customer Insight Unit and Customer Experience teams to get regular customer insight that drives the international business, you’ll be the expert on international competitors and develop plans to react appropriately and stay one step ahead ensuring products and promotions are culturally relevant and on-brand.
