Digital Change Manager
Oxfam needs a Digital Change Manager to define, implement and run the change management processes for the new Oxfam GB digital estate, working with internal stakeholders as well as external delivery teams. The post holder will also deliver projects and change across the estate as required. This is a cross divisional role reporting into the Digital Communications Team.
Management of external consultants and services

Overview of role:
The role of the Digital Change Manager is to deliver changes to Oxfam's digital estate which includes, but is not limited to, the following systems in accordance with agreed plans and budgets:

The Digital Change Manager will manage delivery projects across the Oxfam GB digital estate, working with a range of suppliers and external agencies as well as internal teams to do this. Tasks will include defining in detail the scope and then planning the execution of the system changes in accordance with business priorities, budget and release schedule. The Digital Change Manager will be responsible for production work across the digital channels, ensuring adherence to the business change plan, delivering to quality, deadline and budget, and whilst maintaining appropriate processes, communication and documentation throughout.
Skills and Competence
Excellent project management skills, ideally to recognised methodology
Experience of implementing & running change processes within a complex organisation
Experience of design and technical developments of high traffic, large-scale websites.
A high awareness of the digital environment
Demonstrable experience of working on multiple projects at once, with ability to negotiate and prioritise
Excellent personnel management skills, with experience of leading a diverse team
Understanding of good practice in web design, including usability, SEO, accessibility issues and technology standards
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-expert audience
Occasional travel way from Oxford is involved.
Occasional international travel is involved.
Occasional unsociable hours
