Customer Proposition Lead – User Experience
This is an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Customer Proposition Lead to help lead and deliver the customer proposition and customer user experience journey for this premier retailer.
We’re looking for exceptional individual who is capable of thinking on their feet, with core capabilities around multichannel retail customer proposition development, you’ll be able to play a key role in supporting the evolution of the omni-channel strategy with particular focus on emerging digital and technology trends, customer behaviours and attitudes.
With the passion for digital, ecommerce and emerging technologies you’ll be a leader that is accomplished, team-playing, senior business minded individuals in your own right as well as skilled and experienced in leading and managing high performing customer experience and creative teams.
The core objective of this role is to lead the web, mobile and emerging technologies customer experience and take a leading role in creating a seamless customer experience across all channels. Acting as a main point of focus for brand, design and UX-related issues across an omni-channel programme of work you’ll lead and support the Creative Director, Lead User Experience Consultant and Lead Interface Developer.
This is a 5 or 6 month contract and is a very important role for this retailer.
