Head of Digital Experience
The Royal Mail website has recently been migrated to a new “cloud” platform, and a new Digital strategy is in place, focused on delivering a more personalised and compelling online customer experience. Work has begun on re-designing the website, including research, persona development and web page and user journey design.
As a result, we are creating a content team to be responsible for creating, editing and uploading content as the project progresses, into their new Drupal Content Management System.
Reporting to the Web Director, you will manage the Web Content and Customer Experience aspects of the Digital team whilst owning the overall on-line experience from a Royal Mail perspective.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Management of the Web Content Team and Customer Journey Manager
• Understand our segments and adapt the user experience to suit each segment
• Continuously review the Royal Mail Group websites and propose user experience improvements
• Manage all usability issues on the web sites
Experienced in multi-channel User Experience Design you will have B2B eCommerce experience as well as knowledge of the Drupal Content Mgmt system. With first class project management skills you will have a track record of working with complex web systems and the ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
