About the role
Working as part of our User Experience team within our Life business, you’ll be responsible for designing, defining and delivering an exceptional digital experience for our customers and partners. You will design digital based user interactions which are intuitive to use and you will deliver best-in-class user experiences including developing interactive concepts (lo-fi / high-fi), user –personas, goal-based scenarios, user journeys, process flows, site maps and wire-frames. You will effectively lead user experience activities from scoping to delivery within the team, providing expert input into end-to-end customer journey. Coupled with the extensive design led responsibilities, you will support digital proposition developments including customer research, focus groups, usability design and testing working with 3rd party research, UX and digital agencies as required.

You’ll have a clear ability to apply skills across UX products including Axure, Adobe and Visio coupled with expertise in user centred design (UCD) and user experience methodologies, web development and delivery. Naturally, you are an innovative and creative thinker with a solid understanding of accessibility, usability, information architecture (IA), design principles, methodologies, tools and suppliers. You’ll also have the confidence and credibility to share your ideas with senior managers gaining their buy-in and approval.
