You will effectively lead user experience activities from scoping to delivery within the team, providing expert input into end-to-end customer journey. Coupled with the extensive design led responsibilities, you will support digital proposition developments including customer research, focus groups, usability design and testing working with 3rd party research, UX and digital agencies as required.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy 30 days’ holiday (with the option to buy and sell more), annual bonus scheme (up to 30% of salary), pension scheme, private medical insurance, childcare voucher scheme, generous discounts on our range of quality products, plus an impressive, flexible benefits package.
