Our team of Consultants work on projects for major clients like the Arcadia Group, John Lewis, the Financial Times and Legal & General. They examine the data from each website to identify inefficiencies, and give recommendations that help companies generate additional profit.
We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Consulting team on a 3-month temporary contract basis, with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff at the end. This is a great opportunity for a digital fanatic to build an enviable contacts book!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working to develop successful client relationships and engaging with senior management at our largest clients.
Working with our Consulting team to understand the strategic project plan for clients and ensuring successful, on-schedule delivery that meets client expectations.
Understanding customer requirements and feeding that information to our Developers to ensure we are creating the right products.
Helping our Business Development team to understand the needs of our clients and identify potential up-sell opportunities.
1 to 2 years of relevant client-facing experience, preferably in technology or digital markets.
An undergraduate degree from a top tier university with a good academic record.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the needs of digital marketing teams, and an understanding of our sector.
