Principle Customer Insight Analyst – Retail – Multi Channel
We are looking for a Principle Customer Insight Analyst with retail multi-channel exposure to join a market leading retailer based in London.
The role is a perfect blend of commercial awareness and a proven background in developing insightful analytics into development deliverables. The main key pillars of change are within multi-channel, therefore it is imperative that you’ll have experience of e-Commerce and multi-channel insight analytics both in-store and online.
Providing insights directly into the business you’ll have proven exposure of commercial insight experience to the point where you are comfortable with presenting insight findings in monthly briefings with the leadership team and senior stakeholders.
You’ll be getting stuck in with transactional data and evaluating the customer insight coherently so Knowledge of data mining, driving targeted emails and customer behaviour insights will be key.
Technically you’ll know SQL and SCS, you’ll also be using SAS on an oracle platform, however if you don’t have SAS experience then SPSS will be equally as good.
