Managing a large digital team and a £1m budget, you’ll deliver, optimise and maintain online and mobile channels across the banking services of the Co-operative Banking Group. Owning our online and mobile commercial performance for the bank, you’ll enhance customer journeys to deliver the best possible experience for over 1,000,000 online and 100,000 mobile customers.
Our website already achieves 33 million visits. Now we’ve even larger ambitions. So, as well as influencing significant online marketing and digital investment proposals, you’ll manage the delivery of up to £4m of digital developments — all whilst maintaining robust operational performance, systems and controls across every digital process. Creating a seamless link between our company and customers, you’ll make connections of your own too, by building relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders and third party digital agencies.
Naturally, we highly value strong digital experience, particularly in leading and inspiring large operational digital teams responsible for building, updating and optimising customer driven websites and mobile apps. You’ll also need a track record of delivering online sales performance targets and online experience in a regulated consumer services industry.
