With a growing reputation around the world, Hackett style has become an international symbol of all that is best in authentic British menswear. has established itself as a key part of the company expansion strategy over recent years, and as a result of this, we are now in the position to take the online operation to the next level, and having just completed a site redesign and replatforming, we have many development opportunities planned for delivery over the coming year.

As a result, an opportunity has arisen for an Online Creative and Content Manager to join the team at the start of this very exciting period for the business. Based in our head office in Butlers Wharf, and reporting to our Head of Online, you will be responsible for the creation and deployment of inspiring and engaging content and imagery across the new website, and for maintaining an evolving programme of content changes and site refreshes to ensure the site remains fresh, inviting and relevant to both our UK and international visitors.

You will be experienced in the use of Content Management Systems and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Dreamweaver, and will be able to demonstrate your creative eye for design through the production of new web pages and site imagery, to support tactical, commercial and marketing campaigns, sponsorship activity and retail events.

Key Responsibilities include:

 With support from a Content Assistant, plan, create, schedule and deploy a calendar of creative Homepage and site executions that support the online commercial and marketing activity along with corporate key themes, seasonal launches and events, to ensure the site is constantly refreshed with inspiring and engaging content.
 Produce a range of inspiring content and imagery that promotes the Hackett brand values and lifestyle across the website.
 Work collaboratively with the Hackett Sponsorship manager to ensure that the relevant sections of the site regularly reflect the most up to date content from Hackett’s sporting and social associations.
 Provide the online Marketing Manager with content and imagery to support the Hackett email and social media strategy across all relevant channels (including site landing pages) when required, including email build and competition/landing page creation.
 Creation of Micro Sites to promote Hackett capsule collections and seasonal shop launches.
 Production of promotional creative to support tactical activity within the site.
 Use web analytics to measure customer behaviour and make informed decisions around content deployment to increase conversion and reduce ‘bounce rates’.
 Act as custodian of the brand online.

Your proven track record of delivering a wealth of inspiring and engaging content and site imagery 'right first time' and 'on time', will make you an excellent candidate for this role. It is also important that you have an appreciation for premium brands as an understanding of premium or luxury consumers, is essential in delivering content that they will find relevant, enjoyable and inspiring.
